The Association of African American Financial Advisors (Quad-A) is the nation’s premier trade association dedicated to increasing the presence, influence, and success of Black/African American professionals across all sectors of the financial services industry. Our mission centers on expanding access to wealth management careers, fostering professional growth, and building a future where every Black family is empowered with comprehensive financial planning resources.
Quad-A’s impact extends beyond our membership—through strategic partnerships with financial institutions, HBCUs, academic leaders, and regulatory agencies, we are advancing representation and driving systemic change in the industry.
We are also proud of our active engagement on Capitol Hill, where we collaborate with congressional leaders to advocate for policies that support Black financial professionals and the communities they serve. Our mission is to expand the presence and influence of Black/African American talent across all levels of the wealth management industry—nurturing the next generation of financial advisors, planners, and C-suite leaders. We are committed to cultivating professional and business development opportunities that elevate our members and their impact. Through strategic advocacy on Capitol Hill and within industry regulatory spaces, we confront systemic inequities and racial battle fatigue, ensuring our professionals are empowered and supported. We also champion financial and wealth literacy within our communities, recognizing it as a cornerstone of long-term economic equity and generational wealth building. Our Board
