Association of African American Financial Advisors (AAAA) – V.I.S.I.O.N. Conference Privacy Policy.

By registering for and attending the Association of African American Financial Advisors (AAAA) V.I.S.I.O.N. Conference, you consent to the practices described in this privacy policy.

1. Collection and Use of Personal Information

During your registration and participation in the conference, AAAA may collect personal information including, but not limited to, your name, address, email address, and professional affiliation. This information is used for the purposes of event administration, provision of services, communication about the event, and future AAAA programs and events.

2. Photography, Video and Audio Recording

AAAA reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at the V.I.S.I.O.N. Conference without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. AAAA may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material produced, used, or contracted by AAAA, including but not limited to brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, etc.

By participating in the V.I.S.I.O.N. Conference, you acknowledge and agree to grant AAAA the right to record, film, live stream, photograph, or capture your likeness in any media now available or hereafter developed and to distribute, broadcast, use, or otherwise globally to disseminate, in perpetuity, such media without any further approval from you or any payment to you.

3. Release of Liability

AAAA, its officers, employees, volunteers, agents, and representatives are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind sustained by any person while participating in the V.I.S.I.O.N. Conference, including injury or harm due to negligence on the part of AAAA, its officers, employees, volunteers, agents, and representatives.

By attending the V.I.S.I.O.N. Conference, you hereby release and forever discharge AAAA, its officers, employees, volunteers, agents, representatives, and their successors from any and all actions, causes of actions, including negligence, costs, and expenses, whatsoever arising out of your participation in the conference.

4. Changes to the Privacy Policy

AAAA reserves the right to modify this privacy policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page.

We encourage attendees to review this privacy policy periodically to stay informed about how we are protecting the personal information we collect.
